What is the goal of this course ?
This course aims to train people:
- To operate machines and/or perform manual operations for production or packaging.
- To monitor the functioning of the machines, perform adjustments, to keep them supplied in raw materials or materials.
- To warn their superior if there are anomalies and intervene as required for first-level maintenance needs.
Which professional openings does this course lead into ?
- Qualified worker in the production and or packaging of food products (cheeses and dairy products, ice creams, fresh-cut and dried meats, bread, patisseries, biscuits, sweets…);
- Assistant cheesemaker.

How is this course organised ?
Ten-month course, including 800 hours in the training centre, and the remainder in an enterprise.
- The training in the centre is composed of tutored self-training sequences, practical work, professional situations in a technological food industry workshop, and visits to enterprises.
- The exams will take place in a professional organisation, either in the company or at the ENIL.

- Definitive admission is dependent on the signature of an apprenticeship (or professionalisation) contract with an enterprise in the food, pharmaceutical or cosmetic sectors
